Keeleys is an independent Property Letting Agent based in Ely that provides a Lettings service for Landlords and Tenants. We now have a vacancy for a Lettings Assistant to provide a professional, friendly, effective and efficient housing service to all Clients.
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, smart and confident in dealing with people
Responsible and capable of using their own initiative
Office experience and Computer literacy essential
A full, clean driving license is required
General property maintenance and local area knowledge is advantageous
Duties will include:
Carrying out quarterly Routine Visits at our Managed Properties using a paperless electronic platform
Greeting Applicants and carrying out Viewings at available Properties in and around Ely
Holiday cover for carrying out Inventories using a paperless electronic platform
Holiday cover for carrying out Final Inspections using a paperless electronic platform
Answering the telephone and liaising with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors for maintenance repairs.
Responding to walk-in’s, telephone calls and emails for new enquiries, scheduling appoints for viewings
Maintaining accurate records and general office duties
Absence cover may include:
Processing Tenant applications, including Referencing
Preparing Offer Letters, Final Letters and liaising with Tenants and Landlords on both
Carry out sign-up’s and check-in’s
Advertising properties on Property Portals, window cards and keeping up to date records on our bespoke system
Maintaining accurate records and general office duties
Adhoc projects such as EICR & EPC renewals
Terms of Employment:
Competitive Salary
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible for the right applicant)
Four weeks holiday + Bank Holidays
